City of Hope Outreach
City of Hope Outreach is a ministry in Tulsa, Oklahoma dedicated to serving the local homeless population. Hope City Tulsa is a two year, Christian-based program that offers a healthy community, responsible support, with safe & affordable housing, while developing healthy, long-term relationships, and life skills for men transitioning out of the prison system and successfully relaunching back in today's society.

1. A violent crime conviction
2. A sex offense conviction against a minor under the age of 15 years
