Service Description

Make an appointment or walk-in M-F 8:30 AM to 2 PM to experience our Transition Support program, designed to provide former inmates with the tools and resources necessary for successful reintegration into society. Our team offers guidance on various aspects, from job search assistance to personal development. We help with document & ID replacement, housing, food assistance, basic medical care, and ride assistance from time to time.
