Tulsa County Social Services
The Tulsa County Social Services Department is a division of the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Social Services includes the Tulsa County Pharmacy, the County Abandoned/Indigent Cremation Program, as well as the Tulsa County Transitional Living Center (TLC) formerly known as the Emergency Shelter.
Tulsa County provides life-sustaining, basic services to low-income residents. The department’s focus is on providing basic necessities to those who need it most, saving taxpayers from more costly outcomes when community members fall on difficult times.
