Green County Workforce

The Green Country Workforce Development Board, (GCWDB), is one of six federally funded WIOA,state
certified local workforce development boards, strategically aligned within the State of Oklahoma. The
GCWDB is focused on providing services to participants and businesses in the following counties: Adair,
Cherokee, Creek, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Sequoyah, Tulsa, and Wagoner. Our
vision is to collectively partner and align resources, training, education and sustainable employment to
improve the lives and well-being of Oklahomans. GCWDB works with local businesses who are focused
on local hiring. The GCWDB Team is working with the State of Oklahoma to meet the six (6) success
factors for effective workforce development of Governor Stitt’s Workforce Transformation Task Force
