Concern INC DO I QUALIFY FOR ASSISTANCE?
Concern can help ANY Washington County resident with food and financial assistance with no regard to sex, race, religion or financial status. We know that, no matter how much money a family makes, anything can happen between paychecks causing them to need an extra boost.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE?
Visit Concern at 333 S Penn in Bartlesville, Oklahoma Monday through Thursday between 11 am and 2:30 pm to apply for assistance. We will need your photo identification to get started, as well as the names and birthdates of everyone that lives in the home.


HOW OFTEN CAN I GET A FOOD ORDER?
Concern is a 30-day emergency food pantry. This means you can come every 30 days to get a food order for your family. If the 30th day falls on a Friday, weekend or holiday, you may sign in for your food order on the Thursday before.


WHAT IS THE PRODUCE CART?
Concern enjoys the benefit of fresh produce and other items from our local gardeners and grocery stores. We make these items available daily in our lobby. There is no need to sign in for this service - just come in and get what you need for your family. You can do this Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 2:30 pm.

i am about to be evicted. can you help me with rent?
Concern can provide a Washington County family with up to $150 in financial assistance per year. Before visiting Concern you will need to have your rent paid down to no more than $150. After that, bring your photo identification and letter from landlord stating past due amount of rent or your eviction notice to the office between 11 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday.


DO YOU HELP WITH UTILITIES?
Concern can provide a Washington County family with up to $150 in financial assistance per year. Before visiting Concern you will need to have your past due amount paid down to no more than $150. After that, bring your photo identification and your disconnect or past due notice to the office between 11 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday.


DO YOU HELP WITH prescriptions?
Concern can provide a Washington County family with up to $150 in financial assistance per year. Pharmacies that work with Concern on prescription medication (and over the counter lice treatment) are: Express RX, Homeland Pharmacy South and J&M Drug/Homeland downtown. We can not provide financial assistance for pain medication or narcotics.


My driver's license is expired. can you help me renew it?
No. Concern does not help with driver's licenses. If you have an Oklahoma state identification card that has been lost or stolen, we can help you on a one time basis to get a new one. Come to the office between 11 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday to inquire about this service.


I AM HOMELESS, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH A HOTEL ROOM?
Concern is not able to provide hotel rooms. We do have homeless food orders available that include pop-top non-perishables and some hygiene items. Please contact Lighthouse Bartlesville at 918.336.9029 to see if they have beds available.


I HAVE A NEW JOB. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH GASOLINE?
Concern does not provide gasoline but we may be able to help you get back and forth to work on CityRide bus. Please call 918.336.4693 to see if we have passes available.
